Author's express course "GDPR personal data protection&

The TopSkills Business School is hosting an author's express course "GDPR personal data protection" by Sergey Voronkevich (MBA, CIPP / E), the practicing specialist who’s working for many years with European companies. The express course is intended for lawyers, information security specialists, personal data protection, middle, and senior management, marketer, and web developers and in Russian.
The course program is 4 days, including theory, case studies, tests and real life examples, and includes answers to questions:
- how to determine the personal data according to the GDPR;
- what rules to follow (GDPR terms);
- on what basis to collect and how long to keep the PD;
- what are the subjects’ rights according to the GDPR law;
- what are the requirements of the GDPR for a transboundary transfer?
- when and who should be appointed as Data Protection Officer (DPO);
- in which country to appoint a representative;
- how to conduct risk analysis (DPIA);
- how to document and confirm compliance with the law of the GDPR;
- what to write in Privacy Policy;
- where and how to search for official documents and receive explanations;
- what to do in case of a leak.
This will allow you to avoid mistakes in the processing and transferring of personal data of residents and EU citizens, use the Internet correctly to collect, analyze and monitor the behavior data of residents and EU citizens (if your site uses cookies, users fill out web forms on your site, etc.) and protect against 2 types of fine: up to 20 million euros or up to 4% of the total annual turnover for the previous financial year and up to 10 million euros, or up to 2% of the total annual global turnover for the previous financial year.
At the end of the author's express course "Protection of personal data on GDPR" you will have a certificate of GDPR Data Privacy Professional (DPP) in English and an attachment to it - in English and Russian.
